Didn't stay in a room so I can't properly judge that, but this 5 star rating is purely for the restaurant.
When everything else in town is either closed or offering strange options, this is the place you want to go to get a great bite to eat.
Hands down the best spinach dip I've ever had. I have to mention it because I was insanely surprised by it and Im usually not a fan of spinach dip.
Service was fantastic and food/portions were terrific.

We only ate the the restaurant and it was a terrible experience. For starters the service was poor. It took a long time for our server to come and bring us menus and when he did, he did not inform us that they were out of anything. When we ordered, we were informed they were out of fries, wings, and tater-tots. When asked if we could substitute onion rings for our fries (seeing as they were out, we were informed we would have to pay extra, or have a salad). Then our server disappeared until the food came - no drink refills, no table checks. As for the actual food, it looked like the fryer oil hadn

Great friendly staff. Top contender for best restaurant in town. Huge portions. Delicious fried crispy chicken burgers. Order a poutine too.
Long time hotel in Dawson that is very well recommended. A recently built annex a few steps from the main hotel, is only a few years old. Some annex rooms also feature a shared balcony/walkway directly above the available parking area for easy vehicle access. Full size SUVs and trucks easily fit in these spots (Tahoe, Escalade, F350)
The entire hotel is very clean, rooms impecibly maintained, and is uniquely located on the edge of a quiet residential area

We stayed at another place in Dawson before a hiking trip in the tombstones because it was $30 cheaper. It was terrible.
After the trip, we booked into Triple J's and the difference was incredible. Comfy bed, clean room, really well set up. It was almost certainly the nicest place I've stayed in Dawson and I'll definitely stay again.
Also, the restaurant seems to be doing some great food this year!

This was hands down the best salmon sandwich I've ever eaten. I was expecting some type of salmon burger type sandwich, but the salmon plank plus the tasty (and not the usual) side salad and fries were good. Pinot Grigio bottle of wine (shared by my husband!) was a good accompaniment. Service was fine; a nice evening to dine al fresco. We would come back again.

Did not take a picture of my husband's BLT. It was the worst BLT he's ever eaten. To make a BLT bad takes some effort, but this restaurant managed. The fries followed closely behind the BLT in quality. My burger was good. The side spinach salad with beets was very good. Therefore an average of three stars. The only place open on Monday except for our Holland America hotel restaurant.
