I had an amazing relaxation massage with Keely! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from head to toe...literally!

Kaylee does my nails every 3 weeks and she is seriously the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She can always do what I want even when my design is a Pinterest fantasy! She’s soo sweet and nice to chat with while your sitting and getting the service. These are my most recent set and I can’t have asked for more!!

I got my hair done here in October. My cut was was cut too short, and layers are messed up. I have not loved my hair since....been waiting for it to grow out. Just something to be aware of.

Christa showed exceptional professionalism and kindness toward my daughter regarding a colour mixup with another stylist. She offered to help and did her best to rectify the situation for us with the help of Joanne, manager and stylist extraordinaire. Lance is a fantastic hairdresser who knows his stuff! Super professional and is great giving haircuts that look great and work with your lifestyle. My partner and I have both recieved haircuts from Lance and have both loved them!!

I love the employees here but I went in & spent around $80 on a haircut, I really liked it at first because it was curled super pretty bit once I washed & blew out my hair like usual it looked exactly the same as it did before it went in I'd day maybe an inch & a half was cut off & maybe 2 off my bangs. I shows a reference picture & looking at the picture now compared to my hair after the cut my bangs are 4-5 inches to long still...I'm so upset over spending this amount of money for my hair to look literally the exact same.

I was appalled at the final product for my nails. My nails were cut jagged, not filed, and painted unevenly. They were so bad when I left that I had to file my own nails when I got home so they won’t catch on anything. This was supposed to be a special occasion gift and I can’t believe we had to pay for the job we got. I will be telling everyone I know to look anywhere else for this service. Very disappointed.

Catwalk spa is amazing! I got the most amazing treatment in such an amazing atmosphere! I got the sapphire body message and OHMYGOSH Im literally glowing and the the conversation with Tiffany during made me feel right at home. And I got my nails done by Jessica and I can not be happier with the results; and again great conversation. Watching everyone while getting my nails done was so wonderful! I would recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a nice, warm, happy Environment! Great working culture. Love them!

My mom and I go here every time she visits and
it’s always amazing! While I was getting my nails done the nail techs - I believe it was Kaylee &Jessica - went above and beyond and helped keep my 5 month old daughter entertain in between coats of polish. It was SO appreciated and I felt so comfortable there with my daughter and mom. Thank you to Catwalk staff and specifically Kaylee & Jessica for the amazing experience!

I adore Catwalk salon and spa for all my hair, pedicure, manicure and quality body products. It is an amazing atmosphere. The salon is gorgeous from top to bottom. I was in awe of the physical beauty of the space. When my mom was nervous about post covid conditions the stylist masked and eased her anxiety. I was also warmly greeted and the professionalism of stylists are phenomenal! When I've needed a last minute hair appointment they have been above and beyond about accomodating. I love this salon. My entire family enjoys their time here. It may be the Catwalk but they provided water for my puppy

First time here today.
Branden styled my hair & he was awesome, felt super comfortable with him right away.
This salon is beautiful but not pretentious in any way, the owner Levi engaged in fun conversation right away as did everyone else.
I will definitely be going back, a great hair cut is the best but having a fun time & feeling welcome is even better.
Highly recommend!

Joanne is fabulous! I'm a very anxious person when it comes to getting my hair done but she was amazing and patient. She talks to me and not down to me and will take the time to explain what she's doing. She takes pride in her work and will fix anything you don't like or not sure of...she will work with you to get great results! The atmosphere at Catwalk is so relaxed and fun. Thanks Joanne 😊

Manager messed up pricing, charging me 80$ OVER the price I was quoted (quote included tax and all fees) when I brought this to her attention she blamed it on someone else and wanted me to pay the 80$ above the price because she "doesn't know who quoted me or why I was quoted the price I was quoted" and I said....I wouldn't have gotten the service if I would have known the price was this much..she didn't care and even consulted the owner, he rolled his eyes about it and then she ended up giving me the 80$ off like the salon had promised before hand. Not. Going. Back.

I had a pleasure of getting my nails done today by Jessica, she was amazing so friendly I felt like I was talking to one of my girlfriends! It’s a beautiful salon and very elegant, she did a beautiful job and I… can’t wait to go back for a fill! Very clean and professional, she will respond right away and had no issues getting me in, 10/10 recommend

I called the store after I had a negative experience and was met with a very aggressive manager who spoke over me and didn't care to even hear my issue. She was very rude and dismissive. Too bad - we've been going for years, not anymore.

Had a marvelous pedicure performed by Kim. Oh , that wonderful dremel tool on my dry heels left them luscious and soft. I never had a moment of discomfort.
It's an upscale treatment, and for me a "treat". Cost is the high but you do get what you pay for in service. The closeness to other clients and the fact i had to scooch up with a pillow behind my back despite being 5'5" were reasons for only 4 stars. But Kim's massage went a long way toward reparation of these defects. Love kitty too.

Less experienced and unskilled stylists.i went for chichi hair straightening.They spoiled my hair,instead of straight hair it became extra frizzy and fully damaged.After each wash I noticed my hair getting worse.please make sure,not to go there for this treatment.i had done this before in a different salon and it stayed good for nearly two years.
By seeing my hair,I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

My pedicure was pretty good, the service was amazing and they came out fine.

But when I went in to get my eyebrows done I was SO disappointed. She didn't even ask what I wanted and totally messed them up. She did it so fast, it seemed like she wasn't paying attention. Definitely not going back.

I went to the catwalk salon in May of 2011. I went to get my legs waxed for my wedding. The aesthetician was nice enough, and the inside of the salon was also clean enough. The actual leg wax was the worst i have ever had! She broke about 70% of the hairs so that they grew back 2 days later. About 10 % wasn't even pulled and I went home and tweezed. It was the biggest disappointment I have ever had getting a salon service done. Not to mention I had to shave the morning of my wedding and every day of my honeymoon. The catwalk salon is one of the most friendly places ever nevermind just salons, they gave a great head massage that I think would have almost been worth the cost of the cut itself, but the trim I got was great and I most definetly will be going back.

Contrary to the previous review, Catwalk is an excellent place to go for hair or other services. I've been many times for a massage and the service and quality is excellent. Cost is very reasonable given the quality and services offered.

My experience here was pleasant in terms of how of I was treated and the atmosphere, but my haircut was horrible. I had a girl named Stephanie, who is a nice lady. But I don't think she really cared about my hair cut. I will say up front that I was a demanding customer; Im a dude who likes short hair but I don't like the use of clippers. For my hair to look really good I need mulitple passes with scissors to get the hair to lay down right.
