With our 3 automatic presses we are capable of extremely high volume and fast turn around, while maintaining a high standard of quality control. We are very passionate about screen printing and are always learning and employing the latest techniques and products. Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the time artwork is approved and deposit is placed.

Astro Screen Printing is a full service screen printing shop serving Canada and the United States. Our goal is to provide affordable, high quality printing to fit your needs. It does not matter if you are a well established tshirt company in need of high volume or a newbie doing your first run of shirts.
Screen Printing is our specialty and our passion. We have the ability to print plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks. Screen printed shirts are great for advertising, organizational events, brand identity, business apparel, staff identification, and more. Besides, everyone loves t-shirts! We can also print on tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, towels and tote bags.
Plastisol works on both light and dark colored shirts and is our most affordable method of printing. Plastisol sits on top the fibers of the garment instead of soaking into them. This can give the print a plasticized texture while other types of inks can produce a softer feel. When printing on dark shirts a white underbase is required and considered an additional color.

My sister and I started using Astro in the summer to print a few fun sweaters for our girlfriends and they turned out SO amazing we've had strangers reaching out to us on instagram to order some that now 200 deep we're going into business and Astro is our best friend! Don't underestimate the importance of a good, reliable screen printer who is patient, understanding and extremely helpful. I've worked with these guys for 6 years straight and every year they make my life easier while helping me elevate my event with great craftsmanship. Supplied 50 hoodies worth +$700 which took my half a year to save. Ruined all of them by screen printing the wrong design despite giving them a sample. They offered to reprint the hoodies but they kept delaying the process without contacting me so I had to constantly call just to ask for an update. I didn't want wait anymore so I settled for a refund. A month and a half later still waiting on my refund.
