Services
Angie started at RTDC in 2001 as a CDA. She is well-known in the office for her contagious laugh and a great smile. When not at work, Angie loves to spend time with her son and friends at her trailer, going to see movies, and traveling.
She graduated from St. Lawrence College with a diploma in Office Administration and furthered her education with a Certified Dental Reception Certificate with the O.D.N.A.A. Kristi has a passion for her career and truly enjoys her newfound family here at RTDC.At home, she is a proud mother of two and she is still striving for her "mother of the year" award.

Dr. Walid graduated from the University of Baghdad, Iraq in 1995 with a B.D.S. and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. When he came to Canada in 2005, he continued his studies at Western University in a program specifically designed for internationally trained dentists. He graduated in 2008 and worked as an associate dentist in Hamilton for one year.

I have been a patient of Rideau Town Dental Care Team since 2004. When Dr. Walid took over in 2009 it was immediately apparent that he was truly a special health professional. My family and I very much appreciate the care and professionalism we have always gotten from the team. We feel part of the family! A special thanks to Veronica and Emily for their excellent care.

Outstanding experience! I broke a big chunk of my front tooth opening a plastic bag and I got very worried that I have to implant or put a fake new tooth which could be expensive, but Dr. Walid (I think this is his name) put me at ease when I phoned the clinic and fixed it the next morning with ease and without putting a new tooth. It looks so natural now that I dont know which tooth it was! Strongly recommended.

After not being to the dentist for some time, I had a lot of fears and anxiety about finally going back, as I knew that I would need work done. Dr. Walid Al-Saadi and his staff have made this whole process the absolute best experience I have had at a dentist office. I would highly recommend their clinic to any one looking for a new dentist.

Receptionist (Kristi) was excellent given the conditions in dealing with this pandemic.
Cleanliness of reception room is excellent as well as the operating room for my appointment.
Excellent hygienist who worked so diligently, focused and caring in all she performed.
Everything was excellent and timely and have made my next appointment this coming summer.

Had the pleasure of returning for my periodic checkup at Rideau Town Dental Care today. As usual, the team did not disappoint: From the Reception, to the X-ray Tech, to the Hygienist, the whole process was welcoming, smooth, painless and extremely efficient (even in this Covid era!!). I was nervous about oral surgery (wisdom teeth extraction) so I called in advance to let them know. The staff was very understanding and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before and during the extraction. The procedure went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call the next morning to check in and confirm everything was going as it should.

By far the best team to go to if you want to be taken care of!The entire office is always SO CLEAN, and now they have taken extra measures to ensure everyone is safe! Recently visited and I was a bit anxious about the work needing to be done, but was distracted with friendly conversation by the hygienist and then was comforted again by Dr.Walid- I felt absolutely no pain during my visit!
A big Thankyou to Kristi the receptionist who is always friendly, sends out reminder texts to remind me I should be going in, and making the claim/payment part so incredibly easy!

I have never had such a great experience as I did in my entire life going to the dentist. 100% the best place EVER to go to. Not only is everyone so kind and caring, they are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. First time I ever go to the dentist and walk out with a smile. Seriously love that place.

Our son just had his very first dentist appointment at Rideau Town Dental. The staff were so wonderful and so welcoming to him. He was so excited, and the team did the most wonderful job explaining everything that would be happening during his appointment. We could not be happier with his first dental experience!
