I stopped in to look at a vehicle; I had called ahead about it. It was ready with plates on it ready for a test drive. The salesman had lots of info on it as far as features and fuel mileage. I felt I was treated very well with people who were helpful, knowledgeable & tuned in to my needs. Thank you Kevin and staff. It was a positive experience and I am loving my SUV!

Horrible experience. New to Brandon and visited to look at trading up my vehicle. I was pleased to see their “no haggle” pricing but was quickly shocked to find they were offering a trade in value nearly 45% under market value on my car. Laughable while incredibly insulting. It’s safe to say I will likely never enter their building again as i can only view them as unethical. In my eyes the stereotypical rip off used car salesman mentality is alive and well at Fowler Hyundai, they truly are in the Mad Men mindset. Once a business exhibits a lack of ethics, I presume that’s the case in all

I found, test-drove and purchased the most beautiful car of my dreams at Fowler Hyundai. I absolutely love it. Yes love. Strong words are needed when expressing my feelings for my 2022 Tucson.
I could not have been helped more by Kevin at the dealership. Both my husband and I went and spoke to him, and not once did he only speak to or direct information to JUST my husband. He was respectful and kind, and customer-minded. Kevin was a knowledgeable, informed, and respectful, customer-driven salesperson. I would highly recommend seeing him for any questions regarding purchasing a Hyundai vehicle

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Veloster N in May 2021, and I noticed the day after delivery that there is paint drip on 3 of the 4 wheel wells, and what appears to be damage to one (pictured) as well. The dealership told me they could sand off the paint drips but offered no solution to what I was told was the inner edge of the fender/wheel well not being properly rolled in. When I have mentioned that it shouldn't look like this, their excuse has been "well we don't have another Veloster N to compare it to, so we aren't sure what to say" but quite frankly

I arrived five minutes early and the door was opened for me as I drove up. A recall was mentioned by the service advisor and a stone chip repair was added to the work order. I was called four hours later and the oil change, recall and windshield repair were done along with a complimentary car wash, good job.
