Nice rooms, lumpy pillows
First off, I hadn't been in this hotel since a Christmas staff party in 2001. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was surprised by the renovations. They looked nice and modern, although many areas were seemingly waiting their turn. The carpet seemed out of date, the elevators looked old inside, and the lounge was quite anachronistic. Hopefully those are in the works soon.
Unfortunately, the main reason we chose to stay here was because of the pool and gym, both of which were closed, to be open the next day. We had four children travelling with us who were all very

Really bad service, the morning staff those two girls receptionists were terrible rude, I guess the one was training the other but the trainer her self was tough to deal with. This happened Friday Morning January 7, 2022. We had book room 307 in the past two nights finally got out. The day we got the room it took 6 hours to warm up the room because heat was off so I would not recommend this place unless one have no choice.

Place was actually nice but despite setting the thermostat as low as it would go and opening the window as wide as I could the temperature in the room would not drop below 23 degrees Celsius which made it almost impossible for me to sleep. I like to sleep in a cold room but It was JANUARY and I could not bring the temperature down to something that wasn't sweaty and uncomfortable.

My family was leaving for a vacation and stayed here for free night as we had an early morning flight. We picked this hotel because it has a pool for the kids and a gym for myself. Was not informed both facilities were closed during our stay (4 disappointed children and an upset father. Then, we asked for a blow-up mattress which they brought which was already damaged prior to receiving it and then they tried to blame my kids. He also had a less that ideal attitude with my children who are nothing but respectful. Also, the restaurant menu was sub-par.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Staff who checked us in were very friendly and worked hard to accomodate our needs. Ordered room service which took a little longer than was told when we ordered, otherwise it was delicious.

I've spent a couple weekends here after a flight from the states and you get what you pay for. This isn't somewhere I would stay for a week but for somewhere to sleep, shower and then leave to my next destination. The buffet is really good and worth the money. The pool is okay but nothing special. If you want a safe place to stay and near the airport this is a great choice.

I was treated terribly by the lady that checked me in..i was accused of using a stolen credit card because somebody booked my room online. she acted scared of me because of my tattoos and asked me to leave, despite my doing nothing wrong only telling her that my room was booked by a school i was working at..i have never had a problem like this and i have been all over the world...finally a supervisor stepped in and correct her and got me and my elderly friend checked in...even after showing proof of the booking by the school she still refused to help me check-in. thankfully her boss did the right

I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the room... Other people's hair was everywhere, dead bugs on the floor and fixtures weren't even attached to the walls in the bathroom. The water in the shower only had two temperatures and you heard every single door slam throught the whole stay.

This is not our first time here and unfortunately our experience this time through was a little less desirable. While the hotel has a great pool and courtyard, there were flies and bugs everywhere... Most noteably in our room and in the restaurant. In the morning I woke up to bugs on the washroom floor... Like little beetles? For most, this would be an immediate 1 star review, but the staff were still good, the beds we're comfortable, the mini fridge had a freezer and the pool/courtyard we're still great.

Classy for a 3 star Hotel. The pool has an open layout in the middle of the hotel, right next to a small bar, and pool side chairs. A mid sized gym sits right next to the pool, opposite the bar. Very classy indeed. The rooms were more than fair, equipped with coffee pot, mini fridge, and a comfortable bed. Cleanliness was notable. Pet friendly floor. Convenient elevators. Coffee barista right next to the main desk ready for your morning cup of joe and check-out. Very nice layout. Price was fair as well, maybe $10-$20 more per night than the nearby competition, but with that little extra money,
