My daughter went there to get highlights and instead of giving her highlights they gave her blonde hair dye and when I asked them to fix it they did much worst and now my daughter is ashamed of her hair status because of them, worst salon ever, don't bother going there even. Thank you Dawn for making people bully my daughter everyday because of her hair.

This place never let my expectations down. Today, Laura did an amazing job with my hair and I’m loving my new haircut. She is the sweetest soul❤️, very professional and followed the COVID-19 guidelines very well. This place is my go to place for any type of haircuts.

I used to come here years ago but the service has steadily declined. I had an appointment booked today and when I got here, I was notified that the stylist quit and they attempted to get a hold of me yesterday. They did not attempt, I did not receive a text or phone call. I had an appointment booked at the same time as my mother, as we had plans together in the evening. What a waste of our time. I will not use this business ever again. Very unprofessional. And would not recommend it.

I came to my appointment at 12:30. The hairdresser seems not happy when she approached me. I asked her if she can change my hair colours colour. She looked at me and told me I can’t do that because I’m 15… minutes late. I was like surprised, so to avoid Argument I just told her It’s fine just cancel my appointment and left. To the hairstylist you know who you are please have some good manners with your customer. And by the way when I called you told me 12:30 and I came at 12:35 so I’m 5 minutes late not 15 minutes.

Love Love The Results of my Hair Every time Amal at Golden Razer she is so friendly and does my cut beautifully achieves excellent cut and colour and highlights are amazing. Always relaxed and is quick and… speedy like without cutting corners. She also cut my extensions and they look like my real hair she blended the cut in also . ⭐️✅😀

I went in today because I needed a wash so bad. I just had a 5 day eeg done and my long hair need lots of tlc and time and scrubbing. Delia was so kind never made me feel like my hair was a burden on her even though I know we had to wash my hair 4 times and still not all of the glue came out. But then she braided it up for me so you can't see the rest of glue we couldn't get out. I couldn't thank her enough because I know it wasn't an easy task. So thank you so much

I would put 0 stars if I could. Entire staff is unpleasant when I brought my brother to get his hair cut. Firstly, we requested a specific person and they said she wouldn't be able to fit him in although we confirmed the appointment the day before. The lady who took him clearly didn't know how to cut a boy's hair and took an hour for an 11 year old's cut. She kept talking to other hairdressers and staff. Been going there for about 6 years. Not again. Management did offer a free haircut when I called to complain but no thanks.

I have gone to get my hair cut before and they did an okay job, however a few days ago I went to get it cut a little past my shoulders and the lady cut it so that it doesn't even sit on my shoulders. I can barely put it in a ponytail and when I leave it all down it looks like I have a mushroom cut. When I said I wanted layers because I have thick hair she picked random pieces at the top to cut really short so when I do have it out of a pony tail it sticks out and looks like someone butchered my hair. Lastly I told her in the very beginning I don't like the look of bobs or angled bobs
