We recently had Rand Electric come out to our house to upgrade our panel from fuses to breakers. We got quotes from 2 local electrical contractors. Although Rand's price was a little higher than the other company we decided to use them because of their professionalism. They were delightful to deal with.
From the start of the project to the end everything was done properly including all arrangements made with the local utility and having the job inspected. They completed the job neatly, when they said they would, and there were no surprise extra costs. We were very satisfied with their work, and will definitely use them next time for any electrical work we need done.

Patrick and Andrew came by on time this morning to install a 240v socket for me. Andrew climbed into the smallest attic to run some wire, This was impressive and appreciated as the work was definitely done to code. Patrick was very professional and gave excellent service. Thank you to the whole team from Jennifer to David. You get high quality work for the money you spend.I will always use Rand Electric. Hopefully the next project is hooking up power for a Ford Lightning :-)

Rand Electric came by on Aug.3.2021 to install three ceiling fans and install new plugs in bedroom. Patrick did a very good job of installing these items. Installing the fans took a little bit longer so he had to come back on the Aug.6 to finish some work in the basement as well. He also installed a new plug under the dishwasher as well. He managed to drill a hole without breaking the kitchen tile. I was very impressed with his work. I would recommend Rand for electrical projects.

We had one of your electricians after we had received an outrageous scope of work and quote from another electrician- essentially we called Rand for a second opinion. Our technician, Neil, was extremely honest and gracious and lovely and was actually able to detect and diagnose the issue and make repairs very quickly. He saved us a lot of money from getting scammed from another electrical company so we’re very grateful for this gentleman. He was really excellent.

I would highly recommend Rand Electric. They installed pot lights in our kitchen and exterior lighting. The experience - from start to finish - was fantastic. Will who visited our home to cost out the job was very friendly and knowledgeable, and Becky and Pat who performed the work did a great job. Great company! Rand has been doing all my electrical work (Commercial and Residential) for over 15 years and I can't say enough good things about the whole team.

there reasoning is, that its from the time they arrive, till the time they leave our neighbourhood, not when there finished doing the work, or in our case, trouble shooting a problem that he had to call 3 different people to get advice on, and they were the authorized dealer for the product we had just installed, his total working time was maybe 15 minutes
