This place is as good as it says on the booklet. Stayed two nights. The hotel is located in a convenient place. There are few good places to eat just opposite the hotel. Views form the room is quite nice as you can see from the photo i uploaded. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. ***Only drawback to me is the heating system as the fan makes noise that can be bit annoying if you are a light sleeper.

Asked to extend stay for one more day as a diamond member. Receptionist looked at screen for a split seconds and tell me it's not doable. Fine by me if it was really all booked. I go online and find that not all rooms are sold out.
Pretty aged hotel, needs a bit of renovation. The ac fan in the room is obnoxiously loud. Couldn't sleep the entire night.

Not very helpful nor welcoming at check-in. Couldn’t be bothered to assist in a tea request. Bathroom so tiny you have to manoeuvre yourself into and out of the space. Look where the toilet tissue holder is mounted, it’s get wet so best remove it. Queen double bedroom . Helpful manager and checkout.

We hosted our wedding reception at The Royal Hotel and it was amazing. The room they offer for receptions is amazing. There is a lot of room to work with. Connie was also great and helped answer any questions we had along the way. All of our family was very impressed with cleanliness for their rooms too. I would highly recommend using their services!

Traveling with a little dog shouldn't mean you get old run down dirty rooms. the carpets haven't been thoroughly vacuumed, the sink is cracked, faucet comes off, bed skirt is full of hair. not impressed. … They charge a high price for this roo. plus a 25 dollar pet fee. what's the pet fee for? clearly they don't clean any different or at all. I would not recommend this hotel for pet owners. cheaper, better hotels out there.
