My experience with Supieror Body was complicated. It took 2 and a half moths for my car to be repaired. I understand about part delays and back orders 100%. But my issue was the fact they kept on telling me it’ll be done on this day forsure, and when I call them for a pickup time, they tell me the part has not come or they ordered the wrong size, or the part needs another part in which they need to order something else. If you do not know when the car will be done, please do not give a 'Finshed date', thats how you frustrate customers.

Greeted very nicely each time. Dario is wonderful and knowledgeable. Fun environment. My car was repaired quickly and at a great price! Upon driving off I noticed they even did a bit of a cleanup of my car. Vacuum, washed windows, cleaned dash. It was a lovely little surprise as I've been dreading doing it. 😆 Definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!

Instead of replacing some non-cosmetic pieces for well over a grand, they agreed that my car could be fixed up without ordering any parts. I paid less than $150 all in, and they even washed my car for me!
I must say it was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. This is my first or maybe second ever Google review, but it's a well deserved 5 stars.

I don't have a lot of vehicle knowledge and went in for a "rattling" problem. Was able to book same day, go in, they fixed it in 30 mins and didn't even charge me because it was minor. I know time isn't free so that was a really fantastic surprise.
I will definitely return if I need to have any work done. Great service and friendly staff.

Horrible or better no customer service at all. Belair direct insurance appointed us to this people. While working on the replacement of the hood and top first deadline was not met. We had to come to the shop since no one was answering the phone. We would call insurance to check the status. We were getting false information when we finally managed to speak with someone. After all that jazz on the vehicle pickup when it "passed the quality assurance" we find out that they forgot to finish 5 more items from the list that we are paying. To make things worst they did not even clean the rust debris that

This was an absolutely amazing place! Came looking to get my front bumper and brake pads replaced. They found more issues with my car as they were changing the bumper and they fixed it all at a price 1/3 what other mechanics quoted me. Even with all the hiccups my car brought about to the repair process, they had the car back to me well before my deadline for needing the car. Extremely professional, great quality work, at a reasonable price.

I brought in my car to have the automatic lift gate fixed. They were able to fix it the same day, within hours. I thought the initial price was good, but Jen phoned me back with a partial refund, after receiving their invoice from Ford. Thank you Jen for your honesty and the amazing customer service. We will 100% use this auto shop again.
