I was in search of a family lawyer for a simple draft agreement representing my side, I already discussed with the other party so we have an understanding of what we want to draft. I contacted lawyers around and accidentally messaged this firm, which the other party had already reached out two days before. So they couldn't have represented me anyways if I were to fill out their form fully to verify but they had my name.
What turned me off was the initial email. The other party and I received the same email to fill the form to book an initial consultation and confirm that there is no conflict

My experience was with the Barrie office. Total lack of communication. Weeks and weeks with no updates. I felt insignificant and ignored.
I must say though when learning of my experience Lisa Gelman contacted me immediately and we sooke at length...she listened and genuinely seemed sorry. I give her a two thumbs up but will never ever recommend the Barrie branch.
