Awful customer service! We had a job booked and they are now three months past the date and haven't even started! They do not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. Our insurance company couldn't renew our insurance until this job was completed, we lost our tenants because of how long this has taken. I called after not hearing a word from them for over four weeks and haven't received anything back! I understand being busy but this is just ridiculous! I would expect to atleast be notified instead of just completly ignored! Luckily a different company was able to squeeze us in last minute

Geoff and his team showed up when they said they would and finished the sump run on time (even though there was a main power line 💥and water 💦 line going right through it). They helped trouble shoot solutions and got it done. Thanks so much to you and your team Geoff! 👏🏻 Amanda Hentges CommVest Realty Ltd.
