I had scheduled a delivery with the company on a Friday between 11 am to 3 pm and my wife took a day off of work to receive and sign for the package. CCT calls me on Friday at 1 pm to inform me that the “package was not placed on the truck”.Rescheduled my delivery for Monday and ensured another working day will be wasted.
Edit - changed to 3 stars
The delivery showed up at 4 pm on the Friday

Might be a nice place to start with. But, definitely not the best to make your career with. Dock staff is helping but the higher management is not supportive enough.

Disorganized company; you don’t want to use their service and if you are a Truck Driver looking for job stay away because they will use you and loose you just like that.The manager there is a crack head; and some of their dispatchers are unprofessional

They are an absolute Joke. if you are looking to move freight do not use them. Tried them twice. both times freight went missing. Will not try them a 3rd time.

I am specifically asking to never use this company again. They are beyond rude for issues that have been made by the sender of the product. Now I am the go between to fix the issues. Also with threats of storage fee for the product as well.

This is the worst customer service we have ever had not only would the driver not bring our table up stairs he just left in the parking lot on a skid. He was rude to my staff as well as me . Don't use this company there are much better out there!!!!

Although my supplier is the one that deals with Cat, I'm the one that feels the lack of service they provide. I have finally told our supplier I will no longer accept shipments delivered by CCT. My issues aren't with the drives, they are great. it's between customer service, dispatch and where is my order?? just full of excuses when will they learn you can only cycle through the same excuses for so long. Clearly a thumbs down!!

Definitely not a suitable work environment. Things expecting done in a snap when the first 2 hours there was no forklift to use. Unorganized and too cramped.

Rudest staff you'll ever deal with. Save yourself the terrible customer service and just get a day and Ross account. I don't know why they give you the option of customer service, as when you press that, you'll get the rudest females you'll ever talk to. There's no customers service here.
