I had scheduled a delivery with the company on a Friday between 11 am to 3 pm and my wife took a day off of work to receive and sign for the package. CCT calls me on Friday at 1 pm to inform me that the “package was not placed on the truck”.Rescheduled my delivery for Monday and ensured another working day will be wasted.

Although my supplier is the one that deals with Cat, I'm the one that feels the lack of service they provide. I have finally told our supplier I will no longer accept shipments delivered by CCT. My issues aren't with the drives, they are great. it's between customer service, dispatch and where is my order?? just full of excuses when will they learn you can only cycle through the same excuses for so long. Clearly a thumbs down!!
