Services
Pneumaticity was started in May of 2000. We opened as a hair salon knowing that hairstylists have other hidden creative skills that we wanted to tap into. Our experienced stylists set to work establishing their clientele and salon business. Eventually we started making jewelry in our down time. Public reaction to our jewelry designs were overwhelming!
Our team of hairstylists each bring a unique skillset and training along with Aveda training. We offer customized nail treatments that not only care for your nails but treat the skin on your hands and feet, specifically addressing dry, aging skin, rough cuticles, and nail health. The experienced team at Pneumaticity, offer to you, exceptional services in a friendly artistic environment!
Pneumaticity offers wig consultation and fitting. We have over 80 wigs in stock so you can find the perfect style. A private room is available for those needing to remove their natural hair and accessories are on hand to ensure your comfort and wig care at home. Whether it's for fun or medical reasons we have a wig for you!
Special occasion hair is one of the most creative aspects of our business! We have fun creating beautiful hair for bridal parties, graduations, and other special events. Updo's, half up, beachy curls, braids are techniques we use to create beautiful special occasion hair! Fine hair that is on the thinner side is often flat by the end of the day or even in a few hours if left down or curled.

I had a wig appointment with Susan recently. I am going through chemotherapy and my daughter is getting married so I needed some hair. I have found this to be one of the hardest things to deal with. Susan was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend her services! It was a real bonus to be able to try on the wig rather than picking it out of a catalogue.

Stopped in about a week ago. No stylist available but was told I could get an apprentice for 40% off. I'm easy to please and I know and mentioned that even if she butchers me it will grow out. She butchered me. And then they said oops, only 20% off. Came to about $35 with tip. Seriously overpriced! First and last visit. Good news: it's growing out.
