This Vet. Clinic obviously only caters to larger animals after hours, so if you have a pet you care about, go elsewhere because this clinic expects you to take them to Red Deer. Their Web page also needs updating because they state they care 24/7 for your pet. Vet got message at 6:10 and still did not call me at all to even reassure me of what i could do.

My mothers husky cross was brutally attacked yesterday morning just before 6 am. The on call vet, Dr. Jacob's ignored his text completely...no contact what so ever..not even a follow up call when he did get into work at 9 am. The lady who did answer the after hours call directed my Elderly mother to drive her ripped up dog to red deer.
My review is unless you have livestock dont utilize this clinic because if your pet has an after hours emergency the vet on call can just choose to ignore his calls and texts

They were amazing! You could really tell they care about your animal. The vet was really helpful too, with explaining and getting my opinion on what route of medication would be more comfortable for me to give to my dog. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would definitely recommend them and there prices are very reasonable.

Dr Pierse is an outstanding Vet. She is patient, very knowledgeable, thorough, and most of all, caring. When our baby dog got sick, she treated him successfully and gave us almost 2 more happy years with him, till we sadly had to say goodbye. We highly recommend this clinic and all the Veterinarians there.
