This is a great place to come if you need physio. I went for a few months, and had Kevin and Jenn helping me get my shoulder to a better state. The staff at the clinic were always very friendly, and the service was exceptional. This clinic is always on time with their appointments, so your never waiting to start your session. Thanks again for the great service.

Today is a great day as i have graduated physio and feel fantastic! This is in no small part due to the amazing efforts of their great team specifically and a massive shout out to my physio Kristen Krane. I felt very comfortable and confident with her recommendations for treatment. We started with my shoulder and worked through to my tennis elbow. She was very knowledgeable through out the whole process of recovery and was able to adapt new exercises and challenges that were very effective. In short I was happy to be fixed but I’m even happier knowing that if and lets be honest when I need a

I look forward to my appointments here! I have been coming consistently for over a year now. Kevin and Jenny have fixed me up SO MANY times! If I could go every week, i totally would! They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked through the doors.
Highly recommend for the super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. I love that they always take the time to totally explain what's going on, why it's happening and how I can help it.

Amazing team. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr Kevin truly has made impactful strides of progression with my therapy. I came here couple mths post TKR in despair as previous physiotherapy care was extremely disappointing and I was severely depressed my surgery in fact made my mobility worse then pre replacement- the decision to switch to AJAX Family Physiotherapy was the absolute BEST decision. Cannot applaud this team enough. Special mention to Dr Kevin and Jenny who truly care about their patients health and recovery. Look NO FURTHER AJAX is fortunate to have this physiotherapy here! Oh

I went to AFP&SMC with an adductor strain and thus very limited flexibility.
Kristen Crane was my therapist and she not only reduced the pain I was experiencing exponentially, but she also helped regain movement and flexibility which has me being active again.
I also appreciated the fact that they billed my insurance directly, saving me the trouble of dealing with receipts and submissions.
I highly recommend Ajax Family Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Centre if you are dealing with pain or injury.

If your someone looking for Physiotherapy treatments or initial assessments I would look elsewhere. Staff is rude, cold, and ignorant. I would check out Healing Touch Physiotherapy in ajax if your looking for something local! Staff cares about themselves more than they do the care and safety of others. 1/10 for professionalism. WORST EXPERIENCE !!
