Services
Therapeutic Massage is the combination of several techniques with the goal of decreasing pain, improving range of motion and promoting healing. Deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage are some of the techniques used. When combined with stretching and mobilizations the effects are long lasting and tangible.
