After my latest hair appointment, I've decided to upgrade my rating and review. As mentioned in my previous post, I had a lot of trouble booking an appointment, never received a response to my email, and received a very late response to my 2nd FB message. The response I received promised that they'd look into the problem with their website and that they may change their policies and accept bookings via FB. As well, when I went to my appointment I had multiple people apologize for the problems, including my stylish, and I got a free hair treatment to help make up for it.
