The High Yield Fund focuses on multi-residential real estate opportunities in Canada's secondary markets with over 11,000 multi-residential suites across 6 provinces and two territories.
Aside from our five suite hotels, our portfolio primarily consists of multi-family residential property, including apartments, townhomes and single-family apartment buildings, as well as a number of commercial properties across Canada. Was there visiting a family member today and on our way outside I nearly slipped coming down the steps as the step were very slick.
Went inside to notify the front desk and she was very disinterested in what I had to say
I told her that the steps were becoming slippery and asked well.. is it snowing?
I said it doesn't matter your stairs are becoming dangerous. She just looked at me and said okay. And went back to her phone and computer ad if she had no interest in what I was telling her.
Went into my family members room and they don't even have a smoke detector
The wires and all that are there

Conveniently located hotel in Iqaluit. Central to just about everything, meaning you can walk where-ever you need to go. Beds are comfortable, showers are great, rooms are nice a clean. Only problem is it can get quite warm in the rooms and you may need to crack a window, even in the dead of winter.
