Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Not a great company, very unprofessional, inexperienced staff. They use very old and dirty equipment. Even not a good company to work with. They give no benefits such as Health, dental and Vacation pay. If by any chance they pay you Vacation pay, that amount is usually deducted from your gross and added back as Vacation Pay.

This whole team is very unprofessional. No one in this company has Building Cleaning Certificate. You can see only international students working at TRU with very less experience in this profession. Don’t give them any contact, there are very good companies out there in Kamloops. If you still decide to give contact I would recommend visiting TRU and checkout there cleaning. Before contract they talk big but work very little!!
