Physio North Sports & Wellness Centre
We are excited to announce that we are now OPEN for in-person Physiotherapy appointments. We are restarting with significant procedures and precautions in place to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. To make an appointment please call the clinic on (250) 563-0050. If you would prefer a virtual appointment via our Telerehab platform then let us know when you call the clinic.

If you've injured yourself playing your favourite sport and are now experiencing recurring pain, we can help. Our highly-trained staff can ease the pain away and get you back to pre-injury form, whether you're a high-level athlete, a casual player or somebody that's suffered a workplace injury or motor vehicle accident.
Services
Physio North Sports and Wellness Centre was started in November of 2008 in the Barton Building, but our staff has decades of combined experience in the industry. After three years of continual growth thanks to word-of-mouth referrals from our patients, we have moved to our newly-renovated facility in Prince George's Commonwealth Health Centre building in the fall of 2011.
Because we offer so many treatment programs, we understand that you might have some questions. Please give us a call during office hours or schedule an appointment and one of our staff members will be happy to address all your concerns and queries. Physio North Sports and Wellness Centre is located on 7th Ave in Prince George, BC across from the Days Inn and close to the Four Seasons pool.
Our clinic is committed to providing personal attention and a complete assessment and treatment of our client's injuries in a caring and relaxed atmosphere. A newly renovated medical building, our clinic has a bright, modern treatment area that includes a gym. Our customers love how big and spacious our facility is.
Physiotherapists are dynamic healthcare professionals who will work with you to return you to your maximum level of function at work, sports, play and everyday life. We are university graduates of an accredited physiotherapy program and are governed by the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia.
Vertigo is a rarely understood issue that affects many Canadians. Physionorth Sports & Wellness Centre appreciates the difficulties that those with vertigo face - we have special treatments specifically designed to give vertigo patients a chance to live more enjoyable lives. It can be difficult to find a physiotherapy centre that performs this treatment, which is why we are proud to provide vertigo treatments to Prince George area patients.

A little bit about myself, I broke both bones in my lower left leg and had an emergency surgery back in January. Weeks of wheelchairs and crutches, and I can finally start weight bearing. Physiotherapy appointments were made and cancelled at multiple offices in Prince George due to recent social distancing requirements. I was hooped. I'm not a gym rat or yogi and had no idea where to start. I needed direction, a plan and timeframe so I can go back to work. After some googling I found out Physionorth does TeleRehab..? Sounds weird right? Isn't physiotherapy something you do in person? But insurance

Everytime I injure myself the team at Physionorth have me back to my activities in no time (Or better yet modify my activity temporarily to allow me to continue it). I could not be happier with the service and expertise!

Mark is an athlete. As an athlete he understands that you want to be back in action ASAP. As a runner, I have seen him multiple times. I’ve seen others, and it’s always “don’t run for six weeks”. Mark will tell you flat out what your boundaries are and what you can and can not do as he is fixing you. He was recommended by another runner and I now I do the same.

Did not receive attentive care- too many patients being helped at once. My physiotherapist was vague about my injury and what was going on, and gave me exercises that were later denounced by another physiotherapist, who claimed they were only making my injury worse. Not a good experience here.
