I did a long distance move from Manitoba to New Brunswick. Booking the move was great. The guy in sales was very professional and courteous. Said my items would arrive between June 6th and June 21st. The guys who loaded my stuff were professional, they tagged it, gave me papers. I was notified on June 8th that my items were in their warehouse in… Wpg and that the driver would be in touch a day or two before my items would be dropped off. Then communication broke down. June 21st came and went. The guy in operations did not respond to my emails and when he answered his phone he was not aware

Two weeks to move two bedrooms from winnipeg to edmonton. emails, phone calls and texts all ignored. No shame, no apology and no refund. Two hours later than promised to start. Then 3 hours just to move the stuff out of my condo. If I owned this business i would be embarrassed at treating a customer like this.
