I never pictured leaving a bad review for a salon but here it is (I get my haircut every 3 weeks as it grows fast). I’ll add that I never had a cut, so I can’t say how the stylists are, this review is purely due to the experience of wasting time. After waiting around 15-20 minutes when I was supposed to be in the chair, I left as I had to no choice but to go to work. Hence why I came for my booked time, not late. I assume it works like every other place I’ve gotten my haircut and you’re there for the time you’ve scheduled your appointment, apparently not here.
