I lodged a complaint with the clinic 4 months ago after the clinic removed me from their patient list. I had an appointment to meet a new doctor after my previous doctor left the province. After several months of waiting for the appointment the clinic rescheduled at the request of the doctor. Unfortunately the clinic did not confirm this change… with me and so of course I missed the appointment. I was told that I was no longer welcome as a patient at the clinic because I missed the appointment. I have since called three times and asked at the front desk in person twice to speak to the clinic

I have been trying to get a prescription renewed for over a week, and I've been given several different answers every time I call or email. I've been left high and dry by this clinic, and I'll be extremely ill as a result of not having my medication. They have not been responding to faxes from my pharmacy (even though I was told to have the pharmacy fax them) and not giving me a straight answer about my prescription. They are rude, condescending, and extremely disorganized.

Worst place ever.Awful,greedy staff.poor customer service charged me double of the market price by the manager for filling up insurance paper work,will never go again. I am very upset with the service. Please don't go there. I wouldn't recommend this place. Doctors are good but the front staff is awful include manager.
