Our Department also operates 12 months of the year, and is staffed with qualified, friendly call centre staff and technicians.

Five Stars. A very positive experience from the day I first walked into their show room thru to the installation of our pool. Knowledgeable staff who could answer any question I had on the products they sell. Weekly emails to keep me posted on timeframes for receipt of materials prior to installation. Installation crew were hard working, polite, punctual and explained the timeframe to install each component of my order from levelling the site to running the underground gas line.
Thank you Oxford Pool for providing such a professional experience.

I went in to the store today to battle a pool that turned green. I did not catch the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he knew his stuff! He set me up with what I needed, as within 5 hours my pool went from the first picture to the 2nd. Thank you!

Fantastic company to work with.! I was in a bind for a late November pool closing and although I had never done business with Oxford before they stepped up and had a crew dispatched in 3 business days! The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Oxford pool and spa.

Either they are to busy and don't want to talk sales or they don't want business. We had a wonderful 20 minute conversation with another company but this place we were in and out within 3 minutes.

Customer service was horrible. We tried to get a quote for above ground pool and we're basically told that they'll come whenever they feel like it. Went to the actual store and had to deal with 18 year old that brushed us off within 2 min.

We have both a pool and hot tub and we never have been led astray here.
Fast testing of any sample we have taken in. Never tried to sell us more than we needed. Always have what we need in stock.

Boy do these people know pools! We bought a house with a saltwater, inground pool for the first time and these ladies have been the BEST! They were very patient and explained everything very well. I have yet to go in with a question/problem that they haven't been able to easily answer. I'd give more stars if I could!

Not happy second year in a row my fence has been left wide open not only for the front yard but also the gate for the pool...we cant see if those gates are open unless we are outside. We have 2 dogs and 4 kids under 6 Our dogs got out we live on a busy street just thankful nothing happened to them. Not only that but the gate to the pool was left wide open that is a huge safety hazard for our children luckily nothing happened. You would think its common sense to shut these gates when they were closed when they showed up to close the pool.We were also told they would call before they come if we would

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful with our hot tub chemical regime. Their products cleared up our cloudy water issue and the prices cut our chemical budget down considerably.
