The worst experience of my life. If i could give 0 stars, it would be a more accurate reflection of my experience. Do not contact this company. Do not deal with Scott or Sonny. Do not speak with Dawn in the front office - and since she is the only one working at the front, dont waste your time even driving in. Shame on your unethical business.

Had an installation of counter tops last Feburary 2016. Last week the sink dropped from the Quartz counter top. Basically fell and the sink can not be used. Stone works took 2 weeks to get back in touch with me... Than said you only have a one year warranty on the countertop and sink instaltion. And that I would have to pay to get it fixed. I'm not too sure when we signed off on a one year warranty on the "sink" installtion, but you would think if it wasn't properly installed they would as good customer serviced ran companies would tKe accountability and fix the situation. But absolutely not. Would

I purchased beonstone through them. Since the start of the enquiry it has been bad experience. First they gave a lower price for an enquiry when i had all the measurements and asked for payment invoice it was higher, the reason was i was ordering lower volume. They charhed high dollar for delivery, but because they could not fufill the delivery in time they want me to pay second delivery. By the way they did not deliver on the date. The worst part is the sills that were given were of different color and the worst part is they said there is very little differencw between beige and gray.
