Meet Our AssociatesGarth & Tara Fitch have been practicing counselling in a variety of areas for over 20 years in Central Alberta. They strive to provide a progressive counselling service, assisting their clients in achieving optimal mental health in a safe and comfortable environment. Tara approaches every therapeutic relationship with a warm, down to earth style that has developed over years of working with people.
Our associates are able to help individuals who need assistance in making a resolution or require a static non-judgmental forum to talk out issues arising in their lives. These sessions will help support our clients toward achieving goals, or help them to identify some goals that will prepare them for future success.
Our associates have nearly 50 years of experience between them, with thousands of counselling hours under their belts. They have assisted hundreds of individuals & families to achieve balance and grow in both their professional and personal lives. Everyone experiences challenges that can lead to increased stress, isolation, anxiety, or depression.
The decision to separate or move toward divorce can create a season of unrest and uncertainty in your life. Mitigating how it will effect you as well as other parties involved, and moving forward, can be challenging. Our associates help you simplify the process using the most current and research-supported practices.

Garth Fitch was a horrible counsellor. When I explained I was experiencing violence in my marriage, he more or less told me to shut up and take it. As the violence in my relationship escalated, this organization gave out my personal information not once - but twice to my very aggressive now ex husband. And instead of apologizing to me, had me apologize to the receptionist. Horrible experience with this service. I do not recommend Garth to anyone experiencing marriage problems.

A woman that has lied to me and my children! I would not recommend Tara Fitch to anyone. Tara Fitch has only manipulated my family's dire situation to ENABLE a hopeless, helpless, loveless, joyless, passionless, miserable, depressed woman to continue keeping her GATEKEEPING methods in practice. If anyone recommends Tara Fitch as a councillor to you, or for your children, turn and run screaming in the other direction. Tara Fitch has an absolutely terrible reputation in this community.

So not impressed with one of the counsellors at this agency. We were there for marriage counselling and he actually told dirty, perverted, sexually oriented and highly inappropriate jokes in our second session. I was shocked and disappointed. Waste of money and we will never return. Someone like this should not be able to practice.
