The staff is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and did everything they could to help me attempt to save a rescued 4 week old kitten. I am very appreciative of their support and understanding. For them it's not only about earning money, but doing what's best for your animal and the owner! We went in for a tick on our dog, and we were able to get in within an hour of calling.

Hi there. It is October 28th, 2021 at 14:13. Back in July, I spoke with a Dr Sarah King about Zeus, my male cat, who may be diabetic. She accused me of being rude and combative on the phone ( I questioned her about the high prices, and mentioned the Vet Assoc.. I did not yell, swear or anything else at her. Dr Manuel ( Owner of Nova Vet Clinic ) then banned me, this after them letting me have an appt ? driving there with Zeus, and then REFUSED to see him.. My cat is dying, and does not look like he may make it through the day. I called today BEGGING. they REFUSED to see him. I am a diagnosed Autistic

We had seen Dr Sara King when we first got our cats 13 years ago and recently only had issues with our girl cat. Not only is Dr King a truly compassionate human, she’s an exceptional Veterinarian! She gets right to the problem quickly. I can’t imagine trusting anyone more! Her team is sweet and caring. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Sara and team for what you do!

Sarah is a great vet, we bring our dogs all the way from Dartmouth. She has taken care of our adults and our broods of puppies. Always professional, the dogs love her, always gives good advice and medical care. I would not take our pets anywhere else.

We appreciate Nova so much for saving the life of one of our two week old puppies. We attempted to take her to Bridgewater Veterinarian Hospital first because it was closest and it was recommended by someone else. They turned the pup away because they had no room to look at her that day. They, in turn, suggested their sister clinic, South Shore. South Shore asked if we were their regular vets, I said no, that we used a vet in Halifax. She told me we would have to take our very sick, very young puppy all of the way to our own vet, in Halifax. I then discovered Nova, close by and gave them a call

We went in for a tick on our dog, and we were able to get in within an hour of calling. The person we talked to on the phone was really nice. Additionally, the vet tech was really friendly and kind/gentle to our dog and helped us understand our options for tick medicine and prevention. Dr. Jones was super nice and was able to reassure us everything was ok with our puppy. Would highly recommend.

We recently tried to have our cat checked out at the clinic. We made an appointment and prior to the appointment I personally stopped by the clinic to inform the vet about what a bad patient our cat is and that she would need to be sedated in order for them to have a good look (ownership and or vets working had change from our last visit). The vet on duty checked her previous file and said it was know to them and not to give the cat any food or drink past 10:00 PM for the next day visit so that they could sedate her. After showing up the next day at 1:15 PM I was greeted by the same vet and told
