We've been proudly serving Essex County Since 1982, many of our customers are second generation customers; we've done their parents, friends and other family members. We've been building relationships for just as long. Extremely proud to say a large percent of our business is referrals and repeats, which to us is the biggest complement.
Drywall installation is a tough skilled trade and we are proud to say that SBT has the industries most experienced drywall associates that pride themselves on their finish. Here at SBT we offer a 1 year call back and we will come in your home and fix any and all drywall touch ups, a service that most of our competitors don't offer, yet we are happy to do.
Insulation: There is no better way to lower your utility bills, easily and affordably. SBT Construction offers a variety of insulation services including Spray Foam; Blow In and attic top up; Batts; and Soundproofing, all done and passed to code. Fact - Benefits of using spray foam: High R-value (Thermal resistance) of up to R-6.9 per inch.
Roofing can be dangerous work; even a small slip can have serious consequences. Here at SBT safety is our priority and all our roofers are not only certified master shingles they are safety trained and are provided with all the tools to get the job done safely. We have experience in all types of roofing and will happily come out to do an inspection free of charge.

I'd highly recommend this company! The work they are doing is still in progress but from what I've seen so far and with interacting with them, they're doing an amazing job! My ceiling was caving in and they were hired by the landlord to repair it (whole ceiling) they were courteous and professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Clean up and work has been top notch.
