Unethical, unprofessional and a money pit. I will be making a complaint to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
I came in for a free consultation for orthodontics. They have a promotion for braces under $4k. My quote was for $6,800 not including extractions. It's more complicated. Ok. I paid $500 for the initial ortho consult with included taking molds of my teeth. I did an exam and teeth cleaning. They said the regular price is $500 (!!), but they have a promotion for $250. Ok. They say I have 3 cavities. I came in for an appointment to fill the cavities. They put the goggles

The whole experinece with Sana Dentistry was outstanding. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, they made the whole procedure go very smoothly. They make patients feel welcome and appreciated. I also had an amazing treatment by Yalda, and an examination by Dr. Rasha. They were both fantastic, competent and very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and I will definetly be back. Thanks to the whole team for being so nice and professional.

Ever since Dr.Mohammad is gone they are un organize telling people the prize when you already agreed next time you come back they change the prize. And they don’t do a job … the Dentist did my filling hurt and bleed 🩸 my gums the second time again same Hireable. All my referral are scared to go back to them already

Yelda- I thought I left my review a while back but when I came back on the reviews recently I couldn’t find my review. I’m so sorry I was very late on giving you credit for your amazing and polite hard work. I’ve never had such an amazing yet polite experience with a hygienist as most of my other experiences at other clinics have been pretty much terrible and upsetting. If you’re new here or just for cleaning. I highly recommend you ask for Yelda. She managed to clean all my teeth with very little pain and discomfort as my gums and teeth are very sensitive. Had my teeth cleaned by Yalda. She is amazing, she is meticulous, thorough and gentle. I am so impressed with this office, from the staff working on front desk, to Yilda the hygienist, thank with dentist Dr. Rasha.
I had a pleasure meeting them all and had my cleaning done by Yilda yesterday, and was amazed at her skills and professionalism. Not to say how amazing Dr.Rasha is amd how she makes my kids feel once entering her room. They are all very positive and light up the room once you enter, that you feel you want to come back everyday! I highly recommend Dr.Rasha and Yilda to your dental needs as you'll feel you are at their house and not on dentist chair.

Since our parents and siblings live in Mississauga, we come back often.
