We can’t even begin to say how amazing PCS is. We live in a 1960’s house that, over the years, housed 3 families then became a boarding house then we starts renting 6 years ago. The pink carpet that has been stained with everything from coffee, dog pee, food, babies to body fluids from an emergency home birth. In under 2 hours our whole living room was given a new lease on life. I can’t wait to get the rest of the house done. 100/10

You should be ashamed of yourselves! The owner themselves gossiping about how nasty a customer was and was disgusted to even attempt cleaning the carpet ! Wow what? This is the business you’re in and shame on you for being unprofessional and rude!

This is by far the best place to go for carpet cleaning, custom rugs and runners. I have been working professionally with them for just over 2 years and have always been blown away by the excellent service they are able to provide time after time. We had this company clean our floors after they were installed 5 years ago. The installer had not properly removed the excess grout from the vinyl floor, and so we had this company come in to do a deep clean of the vinyl. We have subsequently been using their cleaning product, and are very happy with it.
