After the tornado we experienced I attempted several times to contact the company to help me reset my alarm panel, leaving messages and emails and never received a reply. I therefore cancelled my service with Security Technical Team and I attempted several times to obtain reimbursement for a payment that went through my credit card. I never received my money back. Terrible customer service.
