This was the second time I ordered medication from pricepro and I have to say I was amazed at how fast I got my medication. I ordered it on September 20 and received it on October 7. I cannot afford the medication here in the US as a three month supply would be almost $500 but with pricepro is $174. I had hesitancy at first because I was getting my medication through the Canadian pharmacy but it was coming from turkey but it’s The same medication is here in the US, same color same everything and I’m just very thankful that I took a chance.

If there was a zero that would be the rating. This is a drug dealing scam. They told me that a 3 month order would be filled and then kept moving the date until I needed the drugs to stay alive then offered a "we need more money" solution. This is the second time this has happened. When i called to complain Tony got rude and said they didn't want to deal with me any more and cancelled future orders. Fortunately i recorded our conversation and will report it to whoever will take it. The FDA should be really interested.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I called ahead to make sure that the medication I needed to order was available. I was assured it was. I paid extra for the medication to come from a region that was 2-3 week delivery time and paid extra for the tracking. Was expecting medication to ship out today. Received a phone call that it wasn't available and that they could send me 20 pills at a higher per pill cost and less quantity. I cancelled my order. They use to be a good pharmacy, but they are not any longer.

I have been trying to resolve missing medication for approximately one month and was told to wait a little longer. I waited 2 weeks longer and no medication. Now I am waiting 3 days for a call from a supervisor. I have been with this co. for 1 1/2 yrs and every thing was good up to this point. I am left with uncertainty of how this is going to be resolved. They are leaving me in a very stressful situation. This is very poor customer service.

Visiting relative from overseas staying longer than expected due to lockdown needed more diabetes medicine that was $500 US for 30 day supply. Pricepro was $100. They were a little more than other Canadian sites but their customer service made up for it along with having more payment method options. Shipment arrived without issue.

I decide to try this pharmacy for my medicine for Osteoarthritis. First, the price was about 20% of what I would have to pay in a pharmacy in the US. Second, the help that I got from the chat person was outstanding and very professional. Third, I received the medicine on the 10th calendar day (including 2 weekends!). And fourth, the medicine expire day is 2/28/2021, so it's not even close to expiration day.
Bottom line: outstanding service, very fast delivery, fantastic prices, and top quality.

PricePro Pharmacy is great to work with. Their customer service is top-notch. When you call, you get someone in their call center - I'm assuming it's in British Columbia - and it's not some offshore call center with a CSR who I can't understand or pronounce their name. They're efficient and helpful.
Prices can't be beat. I order a medication that here in the US would be anywhere from $40-$50 a pill and it's $3-$4 a pill, depending on the quantity.

Placed order and check was cashed. They waited a week to submit order. Then they say they can’t ship anything because one med needed doctor approval. I replied just send the one and wait for other medicine. The wait 4 days then place order. They send email with tracking number that goes nowhere and does not exist. I wait and then call. They say nothing can be done because it’s a weekend. They call back and say they have no idea and will resend. I finally get a package and it’s the medicine they had no approval for not my jardiance. I call again and they tell me they just resent and lie to

I originally selected a different online pharmacy in Canada (not PricePro Pharmacy) but it did not work out. Their communication was very poor and In fact, it was non-existent. Over a period of a week I called 5 times, and left 4 voice mail messages. With each voice mail message, I was assured that I would receive a response within 24 hrs.
