Services
Our staff at Jones - Parkview are community oriented people who are ready to serve you in your time of need. Our group of professionals have a wide variety experience. Each team member is committed to treating you like you are one of our family. In 2006 I became the first female Crematorium Technician in Moose Jaw.
Jones Parkview Funeral Chapel is centrally located in Moose Jaw. There is a large parking lot and plenty of parking on the street for overflow. The attached carport provides shelter for families as they arrive and depart the facility. Selection room showing choices available in urns, caskets, and memorial stationary.
Jones-Parkview Funeral Services are honoured to be the major Sponsor for Journey to Hope Moose Jaw Inc. and the Annual Journey to Hope Walk for Suicide Awareness and Prevention. Journey to Hope is made up of individuals in the community of Moose Jaw, SK and surrounding areas who are members of the Survivors of Suicide Support Group from Jones-Parkview Funeral Services or members of the community who have been affected by a loss through suicide.
On the second Sunday in December, at 7pm, we gather at our Parkview Reception Centre (474 Hochelaga St. W) and join Bereaved Parents and their families around the world in a wave of light remembering children who are gone but never forgotten. In the intimacy of our Space we gather in remembrance and love, basking in the glow of candles lit in memory.
The goal of this event is to offer families a sense of solidarity and support; to honour the significance of their babies and to recognize the deep grief that is experienced through their loss. This event is also aimed at raising awareness in our community to the issue of Pregnancy Loss and the need for support.
