Mark Peers of Tuscan Developments is the most untrustworthy person I have ever dealt with. I have been in the design/build business for over 10 years. He lies about everything and he took my $15,000 retainer. It took over a year and a half through small claims to get a portion back. This is not the first time he has had legal situations. There are so many good builders out there. Run as fast as you can!

My wife and I contracted Mark Peers and Tuscan Developments to design, draft and build our home, unfortunately they seemed to busy to be able to complete our drawing package to a ready for building permit submission state for the City of Surrey and regardless insisted on full payment of their design fee at which point we decided to request cancellation of the contract as we where displeased with being billed for an incomplete Architectural drawing set clearly not ready to a permit submission state required by the City of Surrey. At this point Mark Peers had his Lawyer send us a threatening letter
