I purchased a Stronghaul trailer from Autoquest today. What a great company to deal with! I came out to the business last month and Michael and Kelly showed me the trailer I was interested in and took the time to answer my many questions. Kelly and I communicated through email and a delivery date was set. I wanted a particular setup for my sled and Matthew and Scott installed all the extras and did a perfect job. Had a good experience with them in spring spending 12k on a new enclosed trailer. SInce then, I Added some rubber flooring that made the helper spring struggle to lift the door easily, and called Autoquest to see if they can adjust the spring tension for me (completely willing to pay). They told me the spring can’t be adjusted, can’t take additional weight, and I’m on my own…. verbatim. Called someone else and they’ll adjust it no problem, and I didn’t even buy the trailer from them. LOL. If you just don’t feel like doing a tiny job, just say so.

I purchased a 19ft enclosed trailer from Auto Quest last Friday. I first met with Amanda, she was very knowledgeable and super helpful and patient showing me different trailers and answering all my questions. Once the deal was made, I met Mike and he came out with me and discussed options to install an Etrack system. Mike was above board professional in everyway he made me feel very satisfied that Auto Quest would make this trailer suit all of my needs.
Overall, I was blown away with the customer service. In this day in age you just don't see this kind

Was looking for specific style and size of trailer.
Wanted the Stealth model in a 6’x14’ with 72” height with tandem axle. Was not a common trailer made but Mike helped me with a custom order to get exactly what I wanted. It took a few months to get after ordering but it was worth it.
Had a few options added as well: roof vent, window and stabilizers added along with upgraded aluminum wheels.
So happy I spent the time to really think about what I wanted and needed in a trailer. Even happier that I chose to go to Autoquest. The staff is super friendly from the time you walk in till you

Great people to purchase anything from. The Stronghaul Utility Trailer I purchased from them is beyond worth the money...the old adage of getting what you pay for is never more true. AutoQuest prides themselves on great customer service and they did not disappoint. No B.S. in the purchase process. I would go back in a heartbeat should I need something else I might be able to purchase there. The sales team and front office personnel are professional, personable, and great...period! Hands down one of the most relaxing and friendly places I have done business with. I have sent numerous family and friends to them and everyone of them say the same thing to me. They are definitely not your typical "used car sales" place. Mike has never "sold" but rather helped them buy what they want. Big difference and a refreshing change in an industry that people generally cringe at the thought of. Would highly recommend them!!!!

Great experience. I bought an enclosed trailer with locks and a spare tire, I think I was on the road with the trailer in less than an hour! The trailer ended up having a small cosmetic issue when I got home, so I called the sales associate and they got me back in to correct the issue the very same day (within 30 minutes of me calling back).
I'd definitely recommend seeing them for your trailer and auto needs.

10/10 Fantastic staff & excellent service
I live downtown and do most of my driving downtown, so I was looking to find a very small commuter car to replace my current. I had a few models in mind but had a horrible experience at a different lot where I was actually badmouthed by the staff for wanting to look at those certain models so I was initially a little wary.

Very happy with everything Mike and his team did for me on helping me get a brand new 16ft enclosed trailer.
