My husband was told the truck he wanted from them was "road ready to drive off the lot and he could come by it and drive it home". I drove him 300kms to pick it up. We get there and they are suddenly replacing the batteries, the spark plug etc... we waited 7 hrs to eventually realize that the truck isn't going to be driven anywhere. They tried to sell it to him after replacing all these parts, it didn't even budge during the test drive then died. We went all the way home empty handed.

Avoid this place; you will save yourself a lot of money, time and grief.
Spend a little more money elsewhere and get a good product + good customer service.
Customer service appears to be a foreign concept at this place.
The concept of: ”I am selling it, so I don’t care”appears to be a common theme at this yard,
Who uses excavators to move cars/trucks that they intend on selling, to be driven…..you

Very shady little dealership. I went in there to look at a wood chipper, it wasn’t even close to as advertised. They said it had 3000 hours, I got there and it didn’t even have an hours calendar that worked, and the unit was 20 years old. It probably had closer to 20,000 hours on it.
They also had to start it with a can of brake cleaner, and it ran out about half power. None of which was mentioned

Worked a deal on loader , was told a price but that machine had pump sent out and would be ready to go in a week , kept in contact and arranged shipping , a week and half goes by , price jumped up significantly, when I questioned about it the salesman said it was due to repair (which is understandable) but why was this never mention in the previous 10 conversations and also when I brought it up sales man did not want to do business with me anymore and made that very clear . Called multiple times to talk to manager to try and work out a solution but he was never there and call never returned.

I phoned them about a vehicle they had advertised on the Internet. When I asked them if they still had it they said yes, so I drove one hundred kilometers to have a look at it, only to find out they no longer had the vehicle I originally inquired about.Three months later they are still advertising that same vehicle for sale. I have no trust in this outfit and will
have no dealings with them.

Purchased a dump truck from them that they supposedly used on their own property and was in "excellent" condition. When it arrived in Michigan where I picked it up, I had to put in 3 gallons of oil!!! I hoped it was simply from the 1,800 mile trip. WRONG...It burns almost a quart an hour. We now have little over 100 hrs on it. Talking to the dealer was hopeless, they didn't have any trouble when they used it. They even claimed that the 4 days they hauled with it , it never used any. Beware they could care less after the sale, I really don't believe they even used the truck, simply a line to help
