Everyone was so nice! My a/c was down all weekend and I was recommended by a family friend. The office (Mary) gave me a phone call at 9am and asked when I would be available (Arrived at 10-10:30am) , they were able to send over Sonny. He was very nice, throughout, talked me through everything, and professional. Plus Mary was able to answer all the questions I needed.
