Lacombe Veterinary Centre has a long history in our community and continues to be locally owned and operated. Dr. Ross Walton and his partner Dr. Ralph Barton opened the doors to the first clinic in 1966 on the East side of town. Years later, the practise moved to the West side on Highway 12 near the golf course.
Here at LVC, we take pride in delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients and their guardians in Lacombe and surrounding areas. Our team strives to provide a comfortable environment for our patients and clients and we want everyone, either two legged or four, to feel welcome as soon as they enter our veterinary clinic.
We provide veterinary care to pets in the following areas: Health and Wellness, Vaccine and Deworming Programs, Surgery, Dentistry, Lab work, X-Rays and Referrals. We know you will be very happy with our services. Our veterinarians and staff are devoted to staying on top of the latest diagnostics, treatments, and wellness programs to maintain your pet's optimal health.
As a new client of Lacombe Veterinary Centre, you can expect our full attention to your pet's needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technologists will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Our goal at LVC is to make sure all of our clients are aware that Medical insurance is available for your pet(s). Pet insurance can help protect your pet and your finances. Every new patient at our hospital between the age of 8 weeks and 14 years old is eligible to receive a FREE 30 day trial of Medical Insurance with Trupanion.
