The young guy there is absolutely the most rude clerk I’ve ever seen in Canada. Customer service? Kidding. In fact, I’ve been there 3 times. For the first 2 times, it was the mid-aged guy there (maybe he is the owner/manager) and he was quite nice. But yesterday, it was the young guy. OMG, I think maybe buying a printer is much better than going there. Thanks to the mid-aged guy I met in the first 2 times, otherwise I think I should give -2 stars rather than +2 stars.

Great service from knowledgeable staff. I submitted my request and files online and they called me when my documents were ready to be picked up later in the day. I especially like the way they've arranged for payment and pick-up at the front door... better to be safe then sorry when getting printing done during a pandemic!

My experience was awful. Staff is rude and unatentive. They Truly know how to make a customer feel unwelcome. They also Tried to charge me $30 to print a photo to passport size... 30 dollars... To take a photo i sent them, put it In a word document, scale it down to a smaller size, and print it on white letter paper... Needless to say I walked out and went to a different shop. They didn't charge me anything beyond the standard per page printing rate for the same task.
I will give the staff credit for one thing, they sure know how to convince you to buy your own printer.

It was my first experience at this shop and the young guy there was very rude. He didn't let me finish my questions. I told him that I need to explain it to him that how he should print my files , he said just tell me which file you want to print, he was not listening that it's not just one file, and told him I can't do my job here, he said you can go another store to do your thing. He was so rude. Well I won't go there anymore but if I have to, he'll better not be there. I'm not sure about the other staffs but in general,it was a terrible experience!!!!

I requested printing and binding for some poetry books for my McMaster club and Print Factory Ink is extremely fast and courteous with their response. They listened to our needs and made adjustments where we asked with great efficiency and speed. They do an excellent job as the bindery on the books is strong and beautiful, we have printed with them before and all our books have lasted many months and the binding is completely unaffected, looks brand new! I absolutely love this company... anything I have needed they can handle with fluent knowledge and above and beyond customer service! I have gone to them for a variety of my printing needs and I have yet to be disappointed. As a resident of Westdale I find it so amazingly perfect that I can come here and complete anything from a simple one page print when my printer is down to the more intensive needs of my brochures or flyers when I needed these some months back.

Very nice and helpful staff. The manager, Barbara, was very responsive and helpful towards getting our printing project finished efficiently. She had also generously gone above and beyond in helping get our project to us by our deadline. The overall quality of the printouts (poster-sized + canvas) were excellent
