I picked up my Bronco Outerbanks on Saturday and I couldn't be happier with the service at Petrie Ford (well worth the drive from Ottawa). From the moment Elise picked up the phone I knew I was in good hands. A lot of dealers are marking up the Bronco msrp astronomically but Lisa and Elise both guaranteed that would not happen and it didn't! I highly encourage anyone looking for a Ford (especially the Bronco, WOW!) to get to Petrie Ford, you won't be disappointed.

I was told they'd pick up my car and drop it off afterwards with no hassle- by a rep over the phone- bold faced lie. They forgot about the pickup and there was no drop off. No real diagnosis either: they said it would need a 'couple more hours' even though they also said 'all signs point to one module' (so which is it?) They also didn't look at any of my other concerns mentioned, so that was the opposite of helpful. Definitely using any local independent mechanic from now on

I've purchased vehicles from 5 bigger dealerships in Kingston and my experience at Petrie Ford has by far been the best. Every staff member I've dealt with has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Elise and Lisa made the sales process so enjoyable, Nate in finance really helped us understand all options available, and anytime we've taken the truck in for service it's been quick and efficient. I feel like they truly have your best interest in mind, and aren't just trying to make a quick sale. Definitely recommend Petrie Ford.

We had a fantastic experience at Petrie Ford with with Ken Mundell. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and just felt like he really took care of you. Even for just our first test drive, Ken patiently explained all the features and options in the truck we were interested in. We had been to many dealerships and drove many vehicles but all it took was 24 hours and we'd bought our truck through Ken. Let's not forget Jeremy Caddick who helped us navigate all the options and choices in financing. He did a great job answering all of our questions and was very personable and a delight to deal with. Last april i take my f150 in for what i think is a wheel bearing. next day get a call to go pick up my truck and they tell me it was rust on the axel, 600.00 to fix it, something that i have never heard of before. i drive off the lot and the same issue is still there, i take it back and they tell me to bring it back in the morning. i take it back… and get a call that my truck is fixed, go pick it up and drive it off the lot and the issue is still there. i take it back and they tell me to drive it for a couple weeks and take it back if i am still having the same problem. i take it back and

I’m a 17 year old who just bought this car for 10k less than 2 months ago. When I test drove the car I noticed the windshield wipers were not right so I told the sales lady about it. She said no problem I’ll… have them replace it. A week later I finally got the car after it has completed Petrie Fords standard safety, I still have the problem with the wipers, also was having a battery problem and then I got stuck with a bad starter just weeks after I’ve owned it, they said they’d fix everything and then I got a call telling me that it’s a $700 job so I fought

This dealership, has lied to me and over charged me and told me I can only get a 2018 EcoSport nothing else and then added all this extended warranties I didn't ask for and told me it has to be on I asked for refund or return the car the day I got it I've had nothing but issues and also got a recording of it all audio and video. Salman Syed is not a honest man. He is a scam so are all the managers who don't do nothing or admit there wrong. So now this review is going to media please don't trust Petrie go to Braden's. Won't even service my car
