The Bullock's strive to provide honest, quality auto repairs for Grande Prairie and area. As an auto shop employee, Dwayne was always the guy who solved problems and got things done. Based on his knowledge and authority, Dwayne was often assumed to be the owner. Always wanting to own his own business, an opportunity arose to share a larger building with another automotive garage, Dwayne took it.
At Muffler Man Mechanical, our goal is to provide all the automotive services you may ever need for you vehicle, combining high-quality auto repairs and a family feel. We work on all types of American and Asian autos, plus we offer a 40+ point inspection with every service to make sure we catch any issues before they become expensive problems.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

Honestly, I found the best service with them. I’m a french traveler living in his Honda Odyssey. I went there for a check engine and loss of power on highway 40. I needed to be back on the road soon.
They’ve took me in and checked on it straight away. Did the best and got me back going with infos on spot to go and a number to call for help even if I’m not in the area.

Business I've had the pleasure of using in along time. Both Duane and Scott were very approachable, ready, willing, and able to answer all my inquirees. Not to leave out from arrival with 2 vehicles, no appointment I had a muffler installed on one, the others repaired in under 30 min. For a very reasonable fee. I will return, if and when it be needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. like the sign says " muffler man does mechanical"

Brought my Mitsubishi Delica in for some repairs, my whole exhaust system was being held on by only two exhaust hangers, three of them were broken and I was afraid to drive it anywhere after seeing that. I called them 10 minutes before closing and they managed to squeeze me in the following day despite being very busy which helped me out immensely as I'm from out of town working here for the month. Scott repaired my exhaust and found that the flex joint was leaking as well which I had forgotten about, glad he called me. They got me all fixed up and back on the road for a really fair price way faster

I went in to get a simple repair. They told me I needed all shocks and struts replaced. I took their word. Got the car back with creaky and noisy rear shocks(I couldn't afford the front struts). They told me they would fix the noise. Brought my car in, and got it back exactly the same.
I was met with good service, although I feel that I was conned into getting my shocks replaced, as they seemed fine beforehand, and make ALOT more noise now.
Pretty annoyed at this. Would not recommend.
