Westcon has two state-of-the-art production facilities located in St. Albert and Calgary, We manufacture our products using both dry and wet cast concrete techniques for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in urban and rural markets.

Water cisterns have two primary functions: to provide clean drinking water in remote areas or in places that have a low-or poor-quality water table and to provide water for lawn care or irrigation. When a tank is installed to provide drinking water, it is connected to the home by pipe and fittings that are tested in our factory to ensure that they are watertight and the tank does not leak.
Dispose of waste and ensure excess water in your home or commercial property is controlled with precast concrete septic tanks and sump pits. The purpose of installing a septic tank is to ensure the proper treatment and disposal of waste in buildings that are not connected to municipal water treatment plumbing.

I purchased precast steps from this company and had them install them as well, summer 2020. This summer I noticed a large crack in the the bottom step and I contacted the company to have it repaired. I was told they do not have the manpower to make repairs and I can do it myself with cement. As I am 71 and a widow, I cannot fix it myself. I forwarded an email outlining my problem Attention The Manager. I have never had a reply.
I am unhappy with their customer service and have serious concerns with the quality of their product. Think twice before purchasing.

I have worked on multiple home building projects with Jamie at Westcon. He is at times difficult to reach, however is always friendly, attentive, and most importantly takes the time to walk through the process. His attention to detail has save me from ordering incorrect steps when my plot plans were wrong. They are defiantly the highest price in town but the quality definitely matches the cost. As with most things in the construction industry or anywhere for that matter, you get what you pay for. I was able to meet with the installer, Frank, onsite and was great to work with. No doubt I will continue

I called Westcon looking to price out a septic tank for a new property I am planning to purchase. Brandon took the time to explain all of my options, as I really didn't know much about these systems, and helped make the decision much easier. As the director of St Albert Urban Agriculture organization, I approached Westcon for materials to build a community food forest. They deeply discounted delivery and donated materials. We even got a follow up call to see if we were in need of any more and received another lot. This was a real boon for us and got us so much closer to finishing out current phase of development.
