Absolutely fantastic service in all areas from quoting (great prices) to the crew that showed up at the specified time and day. The care the crew took wrapping everything was really incredible. We also used their storage and then arranged delivery when we had purchased our new home.
I have moved MANY times in my life and can't say enough good things about Hercules...they go way above and beyond!

We had a short move from Leaside to Forest Hill, and everything went quite smoothly until the movers had left. I realized they had very severely damaged my mattress and a bed frame. I was able to DIY a fix for my bed frame in good faith, but when I put in a claim for my mattress I was simply ignored. Till date, still no response, and it was a VERY expensive mattress that costed several thousand dollars. I also paid for the additional "insurance" which apparently didn't cover anything in my case.
I can't recommend this company in the slightest, as anything that goes wrong will just be ignored,

I contracted Hercules moving to do a cross country move Toronto to Kelowna. They "lost" my most valuable possesion which was a painting with a gold frame. I was out of country when the move was performed so did not realize the painting was not delivered until after the fact. My assistant tried to get them to find out where it was - but three weeks later we havent heard back. They are "too busy" to deal with lost deliveries from several months ago. Do NOT use these guys.

- I complied and supplied all they asked for the claim.
- They emailed to confirm that they will "send me the money" in a few days.
- Then they stopped communicating for a month. I have no recourse.

- They then suddenly decided to reach out after a month of silence.

Vidas and his team were amazing! They did an office move for me from Burlington to Toronto. They wrapped every item in thick blankets and then shrink wrap, even my vases. These guys were professional, friendly, polite, they had a great attitude and worked tirelessly. I had to buy the team some pizza by the afternoon, as I felt they worked so hard without even breaking for lunch. I am shocked about the reviews suggesting they did not wrap items for the move, as they did so meticulously for my move. Parking at the new office was very tricky, Vidas maneuvered the moving truck on a busy downtown street

I recently used Hercules to move a very large object. Not only were they inexpensive relative to the competition but they were quick to communicate (even late at night) and they were dedicated to doing the job properly. When they showed up,they were extremely professional. Before they even begin moving anything they developed a plan about how to move it without doing any damage to my walls or floor. They came to the conclusion that they needed three more men to do the job properly. After a brief delay, three additional guys showed up and they did not make the move quickly. They took their time
