If I could get them 10 stars instead of 5, I would. I have been using the ink shop for quite sometime to print larger projects or handouts with +++ pages. Their prices are great and their service is fast and phenomenal. Most importantly, they are very patient and provide good advice on print jobs. Just last week, I asked them to print me a review handout with a few hundred pages. I sent the request in the evening and the printout was ready the next morning. When I got home, I noticed that the hole punch was not aligned. I called them and they offered to either print that whole handout again to

Excellent service and good price!!!! The ink shop service has accompnied me during my university period. The owners (both the lady and the old gentleman) are very nice and generous to students. I still remember that the old gentleman always treated students who successfully completed their thesis/dissertation for a free ice cream.

Good prices, good refill system, lady at the counter was very nice... but all I needed was to print some stuff at home, and I couldn't do that. I went in 15 minutes to close and was in and out. The cartridge was a dud (yes, my printer works just fine), so I went back 5 minutes to close, got a replacement and, again, was in and out. After I got home, I found out the replacement had already been opened and used before. My guess is someone brought that one back too because it also didn't work, only this time they were closed. I expected a lot more from a 5-star place called the INK shop. 1-star because

I had previously given a bad review but it was suppose to be for the print shop two shops down. I've been coming to this print shop now to print and they are amazing. Great customer service, prices are more than fair to print. And they have an ice cream shop for the hot summer days. Totally recommend this place.

The father-daughter duo at the Ink Shop have been so helpful to me with every single thing I've needed to print! For me, customer service is a HUGE thing and it's always fantastic here! The service they provide is wonderful; I can email my file to be printed and request any specifics (e.g. colour printing, binding) and I'll receive an email when it's ready to go--in a very timely manner, too. How can you beat that? The prices really can't be beat here, either. They're really reasonable and perfect for a student budget. It's an all around perfect place for any printing job you may need done!

Best print/ice cream shop on the street, They make you feel good and comfortable , very polite and nice owners, They help you in all possible ways while printing. I love the Ink Shop! It's the best place in Windsor for all your printing needs...from printing documents in black & white or colour to getting ink cartridges refilled to assisting with computer problems, The Ink Shop is THE place to go. There is also the option of sending your documents electronically and the Ink Shop will have your print job or photocopies waiting for you when you get there. Huge time saver. Great value! Great service! Both owners were super friendly and helpful. Their ink is so much cheaper than what you get from Staples or whatever, but works much better than other cheap ones on Amazon, because they get the ink from original Canon HP factories that make them! Has been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Also they got very tasty ice cream.
