Water was leaking through our bathroom exhaust fan during heavy rains.
Mike and Dave were the only roofing company that responded on the day I called them and two other companies. One of the other companies finally called back almost a week later to say they couldn't do any work until next spring (!).
They promptly responded with a site visit and a quote, and, after making a down payment, completed the repair work the same day, showing me pictures of the roof repair, which included needed repair unrelated to the leak through the bathroom fan. Great work, Guys!

Professionalism and craftsmanship at its best! We hired FineLines Roofing and Renovations Lts this year to replace our roof, repair structural design flaws that were causing leaking and replace our eaves throughs. The experience from start to finish was excellent! Dave and Mike took the time to fully explain what needed to be done, they documented the work throughout the process with pictures, they were on time and on budget and they clean up after the job was done. We had two bathroom vents installed. The upstairs bathroom never had a vent as it has a window, and the powder room vent was loud and did nothing. Mike and Dave made the whole process very easy, they were done in a little over half a day and cleaned up after themselves. The new fans they installed are super quiet and do a great job. Super happy with the result!

Excellent work from Dave and Mike at Finelines! They hit the mark with that winning combination of personable and professional service. As other reviewers have mentioned, they did the job ( attic work prior to insulation top up- new fans and attic vents) and left the work site clean if not cleaner than before they arrived. Thanks again gentlemen for a job well done.

I called for a quote to clear the snow off the roof, when I explaining that I had a leak, Michel rushed over late that afternoon- great! BUT he only cleared a path to the problem area and left after I paid, thinking he would be back to finish the job since it was getting late/dark. The price I paid was within the amounts all other roofers were… quoting for snow removal of the ENTIRE roof. When I called to ask when he would finish the job, he said that he was done. I called again and left a message to let him know that the ceiling is now leaking in a different spot, right where there's snow
