The customer service is great and this is what they get most of the stars for. The receptionist is super kind! I've gone to them for both an AB and a SK safety. On my AB safety in 2020, they missed an electrical issue (which I was fine with me because it wasn't something that caused me any burden). They caught the issue on my SK safety in 2022 but the part wasn't available. They were willing to conditionally sign off on my safety, provided I get the part replaced when it becomes available (a huge help!). One concern I did have was that I was quoted an hour labour and got charged for 3, without

On December 31 I arrived in Lloydminster to visit family, on the way my brakes started to make all sorts of noise. I found the website for All Out Auto and was able to make on online booking. Fantastic service. I was contacted by Darren to confirm the appointment. Monday morning at 9 they promptly took my car in, assessed and repaired it all with in a couple of hours.So professional, pleasant and honest. I was on the road and heading home on time.

Went here for my out of province inspection on a BMW and they got me in the day after I called, theycommunicated very well.my car was done very fast and they even went above and beyond to tell me about things that I should get looked at outside of what they were inspecting and then when I picked up my car I was very pleased with the price!

I was on my way through Lloyd when some funky stuff started happening with my car on the highway. After calling a number of auto shops and explaining the situation, All Out Repair was the only one who had an idea based on my cars symptoms, and told me to come in without an appointment for a quick fix. Sure enough that did the trick, otherwise I may have been stuck there for hours or days waiting for someone to look at the vehicle. Great people behind the desk and I met a lot of other happy customers while there!
