Services
Massage Therapy involves hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body: the muscles, connective tissue, nerves, tendons, ligaments and joints. Treatments have a therapeutic effect on the body, which can improve an individual's health and well-being. By acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems, physical functions of the body can be developed, maintained and improved.

If your injuries are a result of a car accident or a work place accident, for your initial appointment please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your session to ensure you have adequate time to complete all the required paper work and begin your session on time.

Bela is the best massage therapist I have ever come across. She is so personable and easy to talk to. The space is set-up so well, and it was truly the most enjoyable part of my week to come in for a massage and chat with her. I don't live in Waterloo anymore unfortunately but one of the things I miss most is coming here! Would recommend her to anyone.

Not sure how I could have ever been treated better!! great people and so knowledgeable. Mirabela is awesome!!! and really knows her trade. I usually go to the chiropractor first for my back issues but after being treated by Mirabela I will for sure go to see her first. My back has never felt better!!! Thanks so much and we need more people like you in the world!!!
