I booked an appointment to read out a code on my 2017 Silverrado, I had to wait a week to get in....when I showed up 1hoyr before they couldn't find the booking and wouldn't do the 5 min job to read out the code, waiting a week, go on a special trip to town to get the truck in and than a response like this.....what a joke.
