If you are looking for a way to replace a missing tooth that is most similar to your natural one, an implant may be the solution you are looking for. Dental implants are small, sturdy, titanium posts, that act as the root structure would for a natural tooth. A dental implant is placed into your upper or lower jaw bone.
Dr. Genna Gelfand is dedicated to keeping up with technological advances by taking Continuing Education courses in order to apply the the most advanced techniques and procedures to the treatment of our patients. Dr. Gelfand believes in comprehensive dental treatment focusing on preventative therapies, restorative work and periodontal (gum) health and how these relate to the patients' overall health.
I had 12 implants and bridges done by Dr. Gelfand and his assistant. Dr. Gelfand is the most professional dentist I have ever met. His assistant and Melissa at front desk are very sweet and friendly, make me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am so grateful to them. I would highly recommend Dr. Gelfand and his team.
The digital dental x-ray system is more sensitive than dental x-ray film systems, so your exposure to x-rays is cut by as much as 90 percent. The large, colour-enhanced images let you see what Dr. Gelfand sees, so it's easier for you to understand how your condition and possible treatment, if required.

We had been going to this dentist for years. The receptionist is lovely. Always smiling, always very welcoming. The several dental hygienists we had were also very good and gentle when cleaning my and my daughter’s teeth.
The issues arose during the covid lockdown. They were asking $20 per person out of pocket to pay for PPE. Lol. So we switched dentists.
Once at our new dentist, my older daughter (16 years old) had a small (peg tooth) extracted before she had her braces put on. Dr. Gelfand recommended she do this. As a result, my daughter needs to wear a retainer with a fake tooth and a tooth

I felt very comfortable from the consultation to my procedure.

I had bad experiences with previous dentists. Many charge for extra things, push for further treatments and promotions, pressure to get things done quickly. I changed clinics 3 times. Most clinics send the cost directly to the insurance, so they can change whatever they want and you would never know. But when you don't have insurance, they have to hand you the receipt and treatment. That's when I realized i was getting charged for more.

I was told by my regular dentist that I needed implants the cost minimum $12500.00 I decided to check around and even outside Canada when I found Dr. Gelfand, he was really open to my questions and gave me really good answers including no need for bone grafts while every other dentist told me I needed. His work was really profesional very little pain and fast. Three visits and about 6 months later the work was completed and I am enjoying my new front teeth.
His price is little over what Mexico quote. I would highly recommend Dr Gelfand to my friends.

Two years ago I had sinus lift, 2 implants, and 3 crowns done by Dr. Gelfand. This year, my wife needed implants, and I sent her directly to Dr. Gelfand. She also felt comfortable with Dr. Gelfand and just had 2 implants done. I highly recommend CityView Smiles Dental as the fee is very reasonable, Dr. Gelfand and his assistant are professional, the office is clean, and Melissa is friendly and helpful.

As a person thats not fond dental visits, Dr Gelfand has a great bedside manner and a calming demeanor. He is incredibly knowledgeable & patient and ensures you're comfortable at all times. His staff is excellent. Melissa is thorough and works with you find the best solution and is extremely organized. I was very impressed with the level of care and service this dental office provides.

Dr. Gelfand's office and services are welcoming, professional and there is always warm atmosphere every time I visit. All my dental work, however difficult it may have been at times, has been done with ease and no worries to me. I would recommend Dr. Gelfand and his team to everyone, they are my best find! :-)
